    1. Queensland drivers licence or Queensland proof of age card if applicable
    1. HRW licence card
    1. Licence renewal number (find this on your renewal notice or by phoning 1300 362 128).
  2. Renew your HRW Licence online here through Work Safe QLD.

Please keep in mind that when you’re high-risk licence expires, you are no longer allowed to operate in your field until it has been renewed.
