OVERVIEW
Do you work at heights in Queensland? Want to keep working safely and legally? You’ll need to complete working at heights refresher training from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) – that’s us.
What is working at heights refresher training? This refresher course is designed to recap and update trade workers (such as builders, electricians, scaffolders, and riggers) on the regulations and procedures of working at heights. It’s a required health and safety refresher course in Queensland and NSW for anyone working at heights.
Course Details
Working at height, such as on ladders, around building sites, during renovations, and on scaffolding, is a common part of trade jobs. Completing your fresher training in the unit RIIWHS204E will help you work legally and safely in places with a risk of falling.
Who’s this refresher course for? This course is designed for construction workers, scaffolders, riggers, doggers, and anyone working in situations with fall risks. You must have previously completed either RIIWHS204E or RIIWHS204D Work Safely at Heights, as this course is a refresher and not the full in-depth course.
Successfully completing your working at heights refresher course gets you a statement of attainment that you can use to continue working safely and legally at heights.
