Driver Trainer – Heavy Rigid – Multi Combination

WHO ARE YOU?

You’re an experienced HR Driver and has what it takes to train others in Heavy Vehicle Driving. You don’t necessarily need prior training experience however, we’re looking for someone willing to learn with positive hard-working attitude and can make it happen. You are patient and build trust easy with others. You have the initiative to solve problems and seek information to understand customers’ needs & expectations.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

To be a perfect fit for this role you will have:

• Minimum HR License
• Transport Industry experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A positive attitude that reflects the culture of the organisation

YOUR ROLE

You will be…

• Providing one to one training with students
• Delivering competence assessments on and off site
• Meeting the high standard of WH&S requirements
• Completing daily pre-starts on trucks/trailers
• Ensuring that vehicles/equipment are kept clean and tidy & regularly maintained
• Maintaining effective record keeping and reporting systems
• Setting & maintaining high professional & ethical standards
