Awesome!! After coming from TAFE the training is so much better.
Awesome!! After coming from TAFE the training is so much better. Smaller classes better and more knowledgeable teachers who care about the students and more flexible learning (being able to do most of the work from home). TAFE felt like it was just there to keep apprentices there for as long as possible (spending 8 hours to do 2 hours of work) but here it’s all based around the student, come in for the morning to to finish up units then go back to work for the rest of the day.

I recently completed my Certificate III (online) through Major Training Group, and I had a wonderful experience.

My educator, Cathy Fendley, was absolutely fabulous. We had agreed-upon sessions once a week (and sometimes twice a week when needed), and she was always supportive, organised, and encouraging. Cathy helped me tremendously, especially with my case studies, making sure I fully understood the requirements and felt confident in my work.

She also went above and beyond by helping me find a placement closer to my location, which made a big difference for me. During my placement, she visited and gave me such a great morale boost — her support truly meant a lot.

I’m very grateful to have had Cathy as my teacher. She is a wonderful educator and a genuinely caring person. Highly recommend Major Training Group!

I had a fantastic experience with Major Training. Katrina was my trainer for both my EWP and Forklift courses, and she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She explains everything clearly and makes sure everyone feels confident and safe.
I also want to mention Thane. Even though he wasn’t my trainer, he was very friendly and always willing to help.
Great team, professional training, and a very welcoming environment. Highly recommended definitely more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highly recommend this RTO! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to help whenever you need support. They genuinely care about your learning and make sure you understand the material, not just pass the course.

They also create a great environment with things like regular BBQs, which makes it a welcoming and supportive place to study. It’s clear they put real effort into looking after their students and building a strong community.

If you’re considering training here, you won’t regret it.

Highly recommend Major training. I cannot express how much it was a pleasure to be educated and trained by my highly experienced assessor CARL BERRY for helping me complete my C6 Crane ticket. It's alot of theory work and alot of maths and also practical about the Crane as I've had no experience. Carl Berry gave not just me but the other pupils in the classroom the time and the patience to help us to complete and accomplish this course. I'm not gonna lie it is very hard but with the right training studying and perseverance it was all well worth it. Thank you so much Carl for all your hard work and keep it mate. I really do appreciate what you have done for me. And last but not least thank you Major training for having me as a student at your facility.
