Many of our team here at Major have fallen into their positions as trainers through a natural career progression. In Australia, to be qualified as a trainer or assessor in the vocational or registered training sector, you must hold the current qualification equivalent you will be teaching and delivering, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
