Electrical Apprenticeship (Electrotechnology)
The Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician is a comprehensive program that equips individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become competent electricians. Graduates of this qualification are prepared to work across various industries, performing electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. An apprenticeship combines paid work with structured training, allowing individuals to gain a nationally recognised qualification while gaining practical, on-the-job experience. A Training Contract between the apprentice and employer must be in place for the apprenticeship to proceed.
Training Locations
We have Training Sites in Yatala, Morayfield and Cairns for apprentices to attend Block Training.
Entry requirements
While there are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, for an apprentice pathway, the learner must be employed full-time or part-time and have access to a workplace to be able to gain sufficient experience to successfully complete the unit of competency requirements.
Course Duration
Apprenticeship arrangements are over a nominal term of 48 months (criteria apply)
