OVERVIEW
Train to become a roller operator with our RIIMP0317F Conduct Roller Operations course. With a roller ticket in Brisbane, you can enhance your career in sectors like construction, mining, transport, and agriculture as a highly trained operator who brings value to the worksite. Our Brisbane roller course prepares you for specialist earthmoving work, giving you hands-on skills, safety knowledge, and the confidence to operate this machinery.
A roller is a piece of heavy machinery used for compacting soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to create a firm surface. This is crucial on worksites because proper compaction helps prepare foundations, roads, and other surfaces to meet required strength and durability. Anyone who wants to become a roller operator (or use a roller in their job) is required to undergo training to learn how to handle the machine correctly and do the job right.
Who is this course for? This roller training program in Virginia, Brisbane, is for people who want to operate a roller, since a licence is required to do so in Brisbane. Learn the exact skills and knowledge required to safely and effectively operate a roller for compacting material on a worksite, enabling you to legally work with rollers in construction, mining, and other industries.
By the end of the course, you’ll have obtained the necessary skills to assess ground conditions, control the equipment, perform compaction work, and respond appropriately to common worksite situations.
