Slewing Crane 100T + Dogging Bundle

This bundle covers the C1 (Slewing Crane up to 100 Tonne) licence, our highest-capacity crane ticket, alongside CPCCLDG3001 dogging, so you are qualified to run the crane and cover the lift itself.

The C1 licence is used on the large infrastructure, high-rise, ports, roads, new builds,  and heavy industrial projects around Queensland that call for 100-tonne capacity. Those sites need dedicated riggers and doggers, but an operator who also holds a dogging ticket is worth more to a crew, as they can step into the ground role when the job calls for it rather than being limited to the cab. Getting both High Risk Work Licences makes you a valuable employee.

For a student already experienced with smaller cranes, this bundle closes the one gap that tends to follow you up the licensing ladder: a C1 ticket qualifies you to run the crane, but the dogging ticket is what lets you also manage the lift itself when a dedicated dogger is not rostered on. Reaching the top of the crane range without it means still depending on someone else for the ground role.

For an employer running major project crews, an operator rated on the C1 who can also dog their own lift is a genuine asset on the sites where that capacity gets used, since 100-tonne jobs are rarely staffed by one person covering only the cab.
