Information for Businesses
From beginning to end, we support students and employers in completing the Engineering – Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic (Diesel Fitter/Mechanic) apprenticeship as smoothly as possible. Our industry-current trainers will customise Apprentice Training Plans with students and employers in person. This helps employers properly plan for the training and keeps the apprentice on track.
At Major Training, we also:
- Train theory and practical skills onsite with your apprentice
- Help employers train their apprentice on the job (to workplace requirements)
- Provide education and coaching to employers around the supervision ratio and requirements
- Offer support to employers for performance management of apprentices as required
