Are you passionate about pursuing a career in the electrical industry? Major Training Group is excited to announce our upcoming pre-apprenticeship program UEE22020 – Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start) course, set to commence on August 29, 2024, at our Morayfield facility. We are proud to partner with Ai Group Apprentices, enhancing opportunities for apprenticeship placements directly from this program. This program spans 16 weeks, running every Thursday and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering comprehensive hands-on training essential for entering an apprenticeship.

- Pricing – $390 non concession/$260 concession | $5060 fee for service
Program Highlights:

- Career Pathway: This course serves as a precursor to UEE30820 – Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.
- Safety and Preparation: Participants will undergo safety training and are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
To be eligible for Certificate 3 Guarantee Courses you must meet the following criteria:
- You are 15 years of age or older.
- Have finished or left secondary school (with the exception of VET in Schools students).
- Are a Queensland resident.
- Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrant) or temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permit on the pathway to permanent residency or a New Zealand citizen.
- Prospective students must not have or be enrolled in a certificate III level or higher qualification (not including qualifications completed at school and foundation skills training).
- Employment status does not matter, nor is there any minimum education requirement, except the standard entry requirements for the course.
Enrolment Requirements: Before enrolling, all prospective students must undergo a Language Literacy & Numeracy assessment and complete a Pre-Training Review to ensure readiness for the program.
