Making a Difference, Supporting Women in Need: One Bag at a Time
At Major Training Group, we believe in the power of community. That’s why we proudly participated in Share the Dignity’s, “It’s in the Bag” campaign—an initiative aimed at helping women, girls, and those who menstruate who are facing challenging times.
Our team came together to fill 20 bags with essential sanitary and personal hygiene items to support women in need. These bags were delivered to Bunnings Pimpama, ready to be distributed to individuals who are experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, or financial hardship.
Share the Dignity’s mission is to ensure no one has to endure the stress of accessing period products, especially during difficult circumstances. Their work includes:
- Dignity Drives: Distributing period products to those in need.
- Dignity Vending Machines: Providing free, accessible period products in public spaces.
- It’s in the Bag: A Christmas campaign ensuring women feel supported and remembered during the holiday season.
