In our latest episode of Major Convos, we sat down with one of our superstar team members, Emily, to talk about a life-changing experience she recently had. Emily, who is a vital part of our Client Experience team, took her first-ever trip overseas—and it all started with a spin of the prize wheel!

At this year’s launch party in January (our equivalent to a Christmas party), Emily was one of the lucky winners who got to try their hand at the prize wheel. The stakes were high, and the prizes were exciting, but nobody could have predicted that her spin would land on one of the best prizes of all—an overseas trip! With options to choose between Bali, Fiji, or Thailand, Emily picked Thailand as her dream destination for seven nights.

For someone who had never traveled internationally before, this was a big step. But Emily and her partner embraced the adventure. They both applied for passports, eager to explore a new part of the world. Fast forward a few months, and Emily found herself on a plane for the very first time, headed to Thailand!

In this podcast episode, Emily shared the excitement and challenges of preparing for such a journey. From applying for passports to packing her bags, the whole experience was a whirlwind. She also reflected on how stepping outside her comfort zone opened her up to new cultures, food, and experiences that she’ll cherish forever.
