Lets give it up for Jules!
In today’s fast-paced world, where career paths often zigzag and opportunities abound, longevity in a single company is increasingly rare. Yet, for those who choose to commit their talents, time, and energy to a single organisation for nearly two decades, the acknowledgment of loyalty and commitment should be a given.
A heartfelt thank you and congratulations has been extended to our Training Delivery Extraordinaire, Juliet. This year has seen Juliet surpass 18 years of service with Major Training and we decided to honor this remarkable achievement by dedicating one of our classrooms, Room 8, in her name.
We chatted to Juliet as she reflected on her time here at Major Training.
“When I started at Major, it was a small, family-run business and I was immediately drawn to the close-knit and supportive atmosphere. The Tenkate’s treated their employees like family, and I quickly felt like I belonged.” Juliet fondly recalls.
“Overall I feel blessed to be a part of this company for the past 18 years. It has become more than just a workplace to me – it is a second home, filled with amazing people and opportunities. This room cements me as a piece of the permanent furniture here and I am so proud to pass by it each day knowing in some way there is a small part of me here. It’s also exciting speaking to students in the ‘Jules Room’ when they know that’s me!”
Congratulations, Juliet! Your passion, dedication, and leadership have truly made a difference, and we are immensely proud to celebrate you. Here’s to many more years of continued success working together.
