Awesome!! After coming from TAFE the training is so much better. Smaller classes better and more knowledgeable teachers who care about the students and more flexible learning (being able to do most of the work from home). TAFE felt like it was just there to keep apprentices there for as long as possible (spending 8 hours to do 2 hours of work) but here it’s all based around the student, come in for the morning to to finish up units then go back to work for the rest of the day.

The staff were very friendly, trainer Carl made it very easy to learn what was needed and helped when I was struggling. Crane operator pat was very kind and made it easy to do the lifts. Amazing operator. Would definitely recommend to others and will be coming back to learn other skills. 👍

Just performed rigging with Ryan. With Ryan’s experience within the industry he delivers a really good course with real life experience making it very simple and easy to relate to. Have done dogging also with him and could not recommend a better trainer or training provider meeting other trainers they are all easy to get along with
Just completed my Work Safely at Heights with Kurt, what an awesome job he did on the delivery, very informative and well informed, great delivery and discussions and explained everything so well, I took a heap of note away with me.

I can't recommend Paul from Major Training highly enough! He was an incredible instructor who supported me every step of the way in obtaining my HR licence. After failing my first test due to nerves, I was feeling pretty discouraged. However, Paul’s patience, understanding, and encouragement made all the difference.

I completed my crane ticket training with Major, and it was a fantastic experience. Shane, the trainer, was knowledgeable, clear, and supportive throughout the course. I feel confident and fully prepared, thanks to their excellent balance of theory and hands-on practice.
