Major Training Group’s “3CG” Funded Program Train Over 8,500 participants.

Major Training Group, in partnership with the Department of Employment and Small Business Training (DESBT), proudly recaps the success of its Certificate 3 Guarantee (“C3G”) program, proudly funded by the Queensland Government.

The Certificate 3 Guarantee is targeted at certificate III qualifications because they are considered the entry-level qualification most often needed to gain employment in many industry sectors.

Since 2013, this initiative has seen Major Training Group deliver training to over 8,500 students in priority trades such as business, transport, and logistics, significantly contributing to Queensland’s workforce development.

The “C3G” funding proudly supplied by the Queensland Government through the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT), has been pivotal in enabling Major Training Group to offer high-quality, industry-relevant training at accessible costs for eligible students. By focusing on sectors essential to the state’s economic growth, Major Training is addressing the demand for skilled professionals in business management, transportation, and logistics.

“Our collaboration with DESBT has allowed us to provide top-tier training programs that equip individuals with the necessary skills to excel in their careers and support Queensland’s economic vitality.” Major Training Groups CEO, Mathew Tenkate, stated.
